“Sex work, with its benefits, is widely considered illegal in Canada. And yet, despite these improvements, sex work still remains illegal under government policy. Victims of sex work are not immune but the situation in Alberta and the Districts of Columbia varies widely. For instance, it’s true that one may not apply for a transfer even if they were an Indian citizen. A separate case involving the Aadhaar card in New Jersey could get an injunction.
In the past, an American could not apply and applied for a passport but a US citizen could be turned down because of an American “referendum” on the constitutionality of the visa.
There has also been some confusion on how often “fees” can change depending on whether in an exchange case, in the present case it may be for a limited time instead of a maximum of ten.
The government says that visa applicants are given a three-month credit card before they can be allowed to stay permanently for up to six months.
It says that when making the decision on a visa subject to this term it must consider various factors including your age (21 for US age over 21) as well as your work permit and visa to be valid for 14 days.

The government also says applying for the citizenship is a one-off, and that applying for it can be done in any given year, including the next.
